Returns

Because our products go on your skin, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and unused, within 14 days of delivery or pickup. Email us at thehappybuddahsoapco@gmail.com before sending anything back, and we'll walk you through it.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the mistake was ours.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong thing, email us within 7 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a refund, your choice.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for it to show up.
