Privacy Policy
The Happy Buddah Soap Co. respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we collect the details needed to fill your order and help you: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and order history. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
Like most websites, our store also collects basic browsing information (such as your device, browser and pages visited) using cookies, to keep the site working and understand how it's used.
How we use it
- To process, ship and deliver your order
- To reply to your questions and custom order requests
- To send you updates or news, only if you've signed up for them (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- To keep our store secure and improve it
Sharing
We never sell your information. We only share it with the services that help run our shop, such as Shopify, our payment processors and Canada Post, and only as needed to complete your order, or when required by law.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing thehappybuddahsoapco@gmail.com.
